The packaging materials and structure of pouch cell batteries give them a series of advantages, such as good safety performance. Pouch cell batteries are structurally packaged with aluminum plastic film, and when safety issues occur, pouch cell batteries generally burst and crack, unlike steel or aluminum shell batteries that can explode.
Pouch cell can be designed into different sizes according to customer needs. After the external dimensions are designed, corresponding molds need to be issued to shape the aluminum plastic film, and then after several rounds of packaging, the basic shape is formed.
