Product Features
- Single motor drives the dual-output worm and gear reducer through gears. The line speed is regulated with frequency inverter.
- Compressing: Automatically press the work rolls with screw reduction system to achieve constant gap pressing.
- Roll gap adjusting mode: bottom roll fixed, screw compressing on both sides, control the roll gap through adjusting the position of the top roll by high precision lead screw, elastic support between the top-and-bottom roll.
- Top-and-bottom roll arrangement. Square-shape casting stands. Special bearing for high precision mills and bearing clearance eliminating device.
