 Products Description 

  1. Work process:

Active servo unwinding → belt connecting platform → unwinding tension detection → unwinding speed tracking roll → edge cutting knife → brush powder cartridge → magnetic iron removal → front flattening → rolling (upper and lower roll belt.

Scraper→ rear flattening → laser online thickness measurement → winding speed tracking swing roller → winding tension detection → winding belt platform → active servo winding and placing an ultrasonic winding diameter detection.
