The XW-HT-022 Model Battery Cell Welding Machine offers two configurations to meet diverse operational needs. The pneumatic spot welding machine is compact and lightweight, making it easier to ship, but it requires an external air compressor. Alternatively, the pedal-type welding machine operates without an air supply, though it must be shipped with a desk due to its design.
This battery spot welder is specifically designed for welding various types of cylindrical batteries, including 18650, 26650, and 32650, as well as nickel-metal hydride (Ni-MH) batteries, nickel-cadmium batteries, and EV lithium battery packs with nickel tabs.
The XW-HT series of battery spot welding machines includes multiple models tailored to different welding capacities. The Xiaowei-HT-012 is ideal for nickel tabs with a thickness of less than 0.12mm, while the Xiaowei-HT-015 is suitable for tabs up to 0.15mm thick. The Xiaowei-HT-022 model can handle nickel tabs with a thickness of less than 0.22mm. For more demanding applications, we also offer high-power spot welding machines capable of welding tabs up to 1mm thick.
