Products Description
Advanced Ceramic Milling System
- As a core ceramic ball mill apparatus, this planetary grinding system enables precision operations including nanomaterial dispersion, composite mixing, ultrafine particle reduction (≤0.1μm), and R&D-scale production of specialty materials.
- This compact ceramic balls for ball mill compatible unit combines silent operation(<62dB) with quad-sample parallel processing, specifically designed for research centers, university labs, and industrial R&D departments requiring micron-scale analytical specimens.
- Featuring vacuum-optimized milling chambers with ceramic ball mill liners, the system prevents material oxidation during processing. With 15+ industrial applications spanning:
- Mineralogical analysis
- Advanced ceramic synthesis
- Biomedical powder preparation
- Eco-material development
- Programmable parameters include:
- Rotation speed (50-800rpm)
- Bidirectional cycle intervals
- Total process duration
- Ceramic balls for ball mill media selection
- Compact modular design (320×280×260mm) enables glove box integration for sensitive material handling.
Operational Dynamics
The XW-XQM series employs four grinding vessels with ceramic ball mill-grade containers on planetary drive mechanics. This dual-axis rotation (360° orbital + axial spin) generates 15G acceleration forces through:
- Hypervelocity impacts between ceramic balls for ball mill media
- Multi-directional shearing effects
- Controlled friction grinding
Supporting both dry milling and wet dispersion modes, the system achieves:
- Homogeneous material blending
- Nanoparticle refinement (D90≤100nm)
- Contamination-free processing
