 Products Description 

The viscosity of battery electrode paste/slurry is a critical parameter in the electrode coating process on current collectors, necessitating precise monitoring and adjustment during mixing. Typically, the cathode slurry viscosity should be maintained between 6000-10000 cp, while the anode slurry viscosity should be controlled within the range of 1000-3000 cp. The XW-NDJ-5S Digital Viscometer, with a broad viscosity testing range of 10-100000 cp, is an excellent tool for this purpose. It directly displays the test results on the screen, eliminating the need for manual calculations.
