The viscosity of battery electrode paste/slurry is a critical parameter in the electrode coating process on current collectors, necessitating precise monitoring and adjustment during mixing. Typically, the cathode slurry viscosity should be maintained between 6000-10000 cp, while the anode slurry viscosity should be controlled within the range of 1000-3000 cp. The XW-NDJ-5S Digital Viscometer, with a broad viscosity testing range of 10-100000 cp, is an excellent tool for this purpose. It directly displays the test results on the screen, eliminating the need for manual calculations. This makes it an ideal viscosity testing instrument for both lithium battery production and laboratory research.
