Structure Overview
The high vacuum rapid annealing furnace series features a rectangular design. The furnace’s exterior is constructed from cold-rolled sheets, folded and welded for durability. The internal working chamber utilizes a high-purity quartz tube, surrounded by a vacuum-formed alumina fiber insulation. Heating elements are strategically placed within the chamber, and the space between the chamber and the outer shell is filled with 1400-type fiberboard for enhanced insulation. The furnace boasts a double-layer shell structure and integrates the temperature control system directly with the furnace body for streamlined operation.
Sealing Mechanism
The furnace’s sealing system is composed of several critical components:
- Furnace Body Flange: Post-fabrication, the flange is welded and rigorously tested for leaks using kerosene.
- Quartz Tube and Flange Seal: A high-temperature silicone gasket ensures a tight seal between the quartz tube and the flange.
- Exhaust and Vacuum Ports: Located on one side of the flange, these ports are equipped with stainless steel ball valves to control exhaust and vacuum processes.

The insulation materials, high-purity alumina fiber, and vacuum-formed Fiber Poly light plates are imported from Japan, ensuring top-tier thermal efficiency.
