The XW-KBF1100 mini muffle furnace is an advanced laboratory heating device designed for high-temperature applications. This compact furnace utilizes electric resistance wire as its heating element and features a double-shell construction for enhanced thermal efficiency. The unit incorporates a sophisticated 40-program temperature control system, complemented by electric phase-shifting trigger technology and thyristor control for precise temperature regulation.
The furnace chamber is constructed with polycrystalline alumina fiber material, ensuring excellent thermal insulation and durability. Between the double-layer furnace shells, an innovative air cooling system is installed, enabling rapid temperature changes with heating capabilities reaching 1000℃ within just 20 minutes.
