The XW-VTL1100 vertical tube furnace utilizes an electric resistance wire as its heating element, enabling rapid temperature increase (capable of reaching 1000 degrees within 20 minutes). It is equipped with a 40-segment programmable temperature controller and features six groups of PID adjustment for precise temperature regulation.
This laboratory tube furnace serves as an ideal piece of equipment for universities, research institutes, and industrial and mining enterprises. It is particularly suited for high-temperature atmosphere sintering, atmosphere reduction, CVD experiments, and vacuum annealing processes, such as those required for the preparation of nanomaterials and films.
