Designed with advanced technology, the furnace features resistance wire heating elements and a double-layer shell structure. It incorporates a 31-section programmable temperature control system, phase-shifting triggering, and thyristor control for precise temperature management. The furnace is constructed using fully imported high-purity alumina fiber, vacuum-formed fiber, and lightweight board materials, ensuring superior performance. Its double-layer furnace structure provides a balanced temperature field, low surface temperature, rapid heating and cooling rates, and energy efficiency.

Built with international advanced technology, the furnace is a self-developed, high-performance, and energy-efficient model. It utilizes energy-saving ceramic fiber materials in a double-layer structure, which effectively reduces the external temperature to ambient levels while maintaining uniform temperature distribution within the inner chamber.
