Products Description
The tube furnace features a compact design and incorporates a high-quality resistance wire heating element. It utilizes a double-shell structure and is equipped with a 30-program temperature control instrument. The system employs zero-trigger and SCR control technologies, ensuring precise temperature regulation. The furnace is constructed with polycrystalline alumina fiber material, and the tube ends are sealed with stainless steel flanges.
A gas nozzle, valve, and pressure gauge are installed on the stainless steel flange, allowing for controlled gas flow and pressure monitoring. The furnace can achieve a vacuum level of up to 10-3 Pa. It is designed with a balanced temperature field, resulting in low surface temperatures, rapid heating rates, and energy efficiency.
This tube furnace is an ideal product for high-temperature sintering, atmosphere control, reducing atmosphere experiments, CVD processes, and vacuum annealing. It is widely used in colleges and universities, research institutes, and industrial and mining enterprises for various high-temperature applications.
