 Products Description 

  1. A flange seal is employed to prevent potential air leakage resulting from manual bolt sealing and to protect the heating pipe from damage during flange installation.
  2. The furnace body is designed with lateral mobility, enabling rapid cooling to accommodate experiments requiring sudden material cooling.
  3. Utilizing Japanese technology, the furnace is constructed with vacuum-adsorption-molded high-quality alumina polycrystalline fiber inorganic material. This material offers excellent thermal insulation, durability, high tensile strength, and purity, with no stray particles. Its energy efficiency surpasses that of other domestic fiber materials. The embedded resistance wire, made from high-resistance, premium alloy wire 0Cr27Al7Mo2, ensures longevity and supports a maximum heating temperature of 1200℃.
  4. The furnace comes equipped with pre-installed vacuum and gas circuit quick-connect interfaces, compatible with our company’s vacuum and mixed gas systems.
  5. An optional built-in thermocouple is available for real-time temperature monitoring within the constant temperature zone.
