The furnace features silicon molybdenum rods as heating elements, ensuring efficient and reliable heating. It employs a double-layer shell structure and a 31-stage programmable temperature control system, which allows for precise temperature regulation. The system utilizes phase shift triggering and thyristor control for enhanced performance. The furnace is constructed with high-quality, high-purity alumina fiber and vacuum-formed fiber poly light board materials, ensuring durability and excellent thermal insulation.
A unique double furnace structure is incorporated, offering advantages such as a balanced temperature field, low surface temperature, rapid heating and cooling rates, and energy efficiency.
