The furnace’s core chamber is constructed using premium 1600-grade alumina polycrystalline fiber materials, while the dual-layer shell design incorporates an advanced air cooling system that enables rapid temperature cycling. The system utilizes a high-purity 99 corundum tube, with both ends securely sealed using durable stainless steel flanges. Gas flow regulation is precisely managed through a float-type flowmeter, ensuring accurate atmosphere control.
