1. Function Introduction

1.2 Welding Head: Crafted from imported alloy steel with high hardness, the welding head undergoes high-precision grinding for pattern creation, ensuring a lifespan exceeding 100,000 uses per side.

1.3 Ultrasonic Sound Pole: Carefully selected from imported special mold steel, it offers wear resistance, high-temperature tolerance, excellent toughness, and high mechanical rigidity. Post-heat treatment deformation is minimal, ensuring consistent ultrasonic output frequency, significant mechanical high-frequency displacement amplitude, and strong, stable performance.

1.4 Welding Effect: Ensures firm welding with low internal resistance, no soldering issues, no vibration powder, no burning of the diaphragm, no overheating of insulating rubber, and no cracking of pole pieces. The residual welding surface between metals exceeds 80%. The welded surface is smooth, wrinkle-free, with no backside burrs. Solder joints are full, clear, and reliable, with no breakage, and tensile strength can be tested based on different layers and materials.

1.5 Display: Features a 4.3-inch anti-interference touch display with a bilingual Chinese-English interface, user-friendly and easy to operate. Parameters such as trigger time, welding time, power, secondary wave delay time can be set, with real-time display of frequency and welding power to ensure welding quality, fault type alarms, etc.

1.6 Automatic Detection Function: The welder includes a power-on self-test function, scanning and displaying welding system parameters in real-time. If a fault is detected, an alarm prompts to prevent operation under faulty conditions.

1.7 Welding Quality Data Assistance: Based on real-time welding data parameters, the upper and lower limits of welding parameters can be set to monitor the quality of each welded product, with alerts for deviations.

1.8 Amplitude Automatic Compensation: The welding machine is equipped with an automatic amplitude compensation function, adjusting the amplitude output automatically for more stable amplitude, enhancing welding stability, and ensuring consistent welding quality.
