The planetary power mixing machine is an innovative and versatile new model that combines the principles of traditional dual planetary mixers and high-speed dispersers. It has found widespread application across various industries.
To address the high solid content and high viscosity characteristics of slurry for power batteries, our company has developed an enhanced planetary power mixing machine with higher rotational speeds and greater torque, building on the original planetary mixer design.
The Xiaowei Series Five-Axis Power Vacuum Mixer operates with two parallel mixing blades that rotate according to a set ratio. These blades revolve around the mixing tank while simultaneously spinning on their own axes, continuously rotating to transfer materials from the inner walls of the tank toward the vicinity of the mixing blades. The rotational direction of the mixing blades can either align with or counteract the revolution, achieving various shearing effects.
Additionally, two high-speed dispersing discs, driven by independent power systems, revolve along with the mixing tank, performing efficient dispersion and emulsification. Both the mixing blades and dispersing discs feature variable-frequency speed control, allowing for customizable speeds according to production requirements.
This unique motion pattern enables materials to achieve a completely uniform mixing effect in a significantly shorter time.
