Products Description
The XW-TM300 is an Automatic Film Coater equipped with a Vacuum aluminum plate, engineered to create films of uniform thickness through the use of either micrometer adjustable applicators or fixed thickness applicators. Its distinctive driving system ensures a smooth coating across various material types. Incorporated within is a flat vacuum chuck designed to secure substrate sheets firmly, proving especially beneficial for coating on thin substrates and achieving consistent tape casting. The machine comes with one micrometer adjustable applicator ready for immediate operation. It is suitable for research applications such as ceramic tape casting, crystal film production, specialized nanometer film development, and Li-Ion battery electrode coating.
Note that this model does not include a heating function; however, a heating lid can be purchased additionally for drying purposes. If a heating function is required, please opt for the XW-VFC-150 model.
