The XW-USW3000W Ultrasonic Metal Welding Machine is specifically engineered for lithium battery tab welding, featuring an advanced touch-screen controller. This machine is ideal for welding stacked electrode sheets (both Copper and Aluminum) and tabs onto current collectors, making it suitable for both R&D laboratories and production lines in the preparation of Li-ion pouch cells.
The 2600W Battery Welding Machine is capable of welding stacked electrodes with 10-30 layers of aluminum or copper foil, using either Al or Nickel tabs. For larger batteries requiring up to 30 layers, the XW-USW-3000W model is recommended. If your application involves welding up to 60 layers, the XW-USW-4500W model would be the optimal choice.
