The XW-YF350-S is a compact, manual pouch sealing machine designed for heat sealing aluminum-laminated cases in glove box environments. It is primarily used for sealing pouch-type Li-ion cells after electrolyte injection or for final sealing post-formation in polymer Li-ion cells. The machine features an integrated heatable sealer blade within the chamber, enabling automatic sealing of aluminum film pouch cases for polymer batteries.
Equipped with a KF40 connection port, the XW-YF350-S can be directly connected to glove boxes, facilitating seamless integration into battery manufacturing processes.
