Products Description
The system comprises four stations, with 1800 double stations on the left connected to 1800 double stations on the right via a T-shaped bin. It features single-sided operation and an independent cabinet with a single-column purification unit. The system is controlled by a PLC and operated through a touch screen. A vacuum pump and brackets are integrated on both the left and right sides. The setup includes a closed box with an inclined operation surface and a removable safety glass front window.
Operating under standard conditions—constant temperature of 20°C, standard atmospheric pressure, a 99.999% inert gas source, and water oxygen index below 1 ppm—the system ensures optimal performance and reliability.
