The XW-USW4500W ultrasonic metal welding machine is specifically engineered for lithium battery tab welding, featuring a user-friendly touch-screen controller. This advanced equipment is ideal for welding stacked electrode sheets, including both copper and aluminum, as well as attaching tabs to current collectors. It is perfectly suited for preparing Li-ion pouch cells in both R&D laboratories and production line environments.
With a power output of 2600W, this battery welder is capable of welding stacked electrodes comprising 10 to 30 layers of aluminum or copper foil, along with aluminum and nickel tabs. For applications requiring the welding of larger batteries with up to 30 layers, the XW-USW-3000W model is recommended. For even more demanding tasks, such as welding up to 60 layers, the XW-USW-4500W model is the optimal choice.
