This advanced battery electrode coating machine is designed to handle both oil-based and water-based systems, making it versatile for various electrode materials including lithium iron phosphate (LFP), lithium cobalt oxide (LCO), lithium manganese oxide (LMO), lithium nickel cobalt oxide (NMC), lithium titanate (LTO), and graphite. It is fully compatible with all lithium-ion battery electrode preparation processes, including the production of 4680 tabless batteries.
The machine features a robust design with a roller width of 650mm and an adjustable coating width ranging from 200mm to 580mm, ensuring precision and flexibility in coating applications. It is equipped with a user-friendly setting function operating button that allows for seamless control over receiving, pausing, jerking, forward, and reverse justification operations.
Winding speed is precisely regulated by a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), which dynamically adjusts based on the preset coating speed and real-time tension data. The unwinding mechanism is powered by an AC motor coupled with a turbine reducer, ensuring smooth and consistent operation throughout the coating process.
