The battery sorting machine is used for battery testing before battery pack assembly.
It can test battery voltage and internal resistance, and sort batteries with different voltages and internal resistances into different racks.

Process flow:
The internal resistance and voltage of the battery are set by the upper computer battery detection software, and the following functions are automatically completed by the PLC:
Manual battery filling → Impeller rotation feeding → Belt carrying battery → Push rod cylinder lifting battery → Test cylinder closing (test instrument uploads data, software sorting) → Mechanical fixture sorting battery.
The Cylindrical cell sorting machine is equipped with sound and light alarms, which can automatically stop after sorting. Full material alarm, fault alarm, etc. The operating parameters can be set according to the actual requirements of the customer.
