Products Description
This machine is designed for the battery sealing process. Once the set temperature is achieved, the operator places the battery onto the fixture and manually slides it along the guide rail to align with the lower sealing head. Upon pressing the foot switch, the cylinder activates, causing the upper sealing head to descend. A timer begins counting down the sealing duration. When the timer elapses, the upper head cylinder automatically retracts, completing the sealing process. The machine is equipped with a temperature alarm to prevent improper use and features a battery tab positioning block for precise alignment of the battery tab.
