Sphere Open-Cell Aluminum Foam
Sphere open-cell aluminum foam combines the advantages of both open-cell and closed-cell aluminum foams. The hole structure is spherical and uniformly distributed, with circular apertures and small interconnecting holes in six directions. This design avoids straight-through holes, which significantly enhances sound absorption, noise filtering, and acoustic attenuation.
In practical applications, the desired noise reduction effect can be achieved by carefully designing parameters such as:
