Battery low pressure (high attitude) simulation test, all specimens are tested at 11.6kPa (1.68psi).
The test results shall be judged on the condition that there is no explosion, flame, smoke, or electrical leakage after the test. The battery protection valve shall not be damaged.
Structure
The chamber is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, with powder coating on the surface, which has strong anti-rust ability.
The studio is made of high quality stainless steel plate with rounded shape, smooth and easy to clean.
Between the studio and the chamber, it is filled with superfine glass fiber insulating material.
The chamber door is made of double-layer tempered glass structure, which allows clear observation of the chamber.
Rubber sealing ring is installed between the working chamber and the glass door to ensure high vacuum rate inside the chamber.
Integrated type : Low pressure chamber on the top side and vacuum pump on the bottom side.
NOTICE
When transporting, please do not hit the glass with force or impact the chamber.
The machine should be placed on a flat floor.
Prohibit use in direct sunlight or high temperature and humidity.
Keep away from strong electromagnetic interference and ground the machine well.
During normal operation, the specimen should not touch the wall of the chamber.
The power cord should not be close to the back, and do not let the machine or other objects press on it to avoid breaking the cord.
