Products Description
The rolled positive and negative electrodes are loaded into an unwinding mechanism, where they are dynamically fed to the cutting unit according to the specified process parameters. The upper and lower winding mechanisms then collect the cut electrodes into rolls, while the edge material mechanism gathers the trimmed side edges.
The system is supported by a correcting mechanism, tension transmission system, vacuum system, and other auxiliary components to ensure precise operation. This guarantees smooth and stable electrode slitting, with burr formation, straightness, and other critical process parameters maintained within the required specifications.
