Products Description
For further details on our advanced automatic battery electrode winding machine, please feel free to contact us. This state-of-the-art equipment is designed to cater to all cylindrical lithium-ion battery electrode preparations, with a special focus on 4680 tabless batteries.
Our machine is specifically engineered for the efficient winding of cylindrical lithium-ion battery cells. The operational workflow is streamlined for precision and reliability: the positive and negative electrodes, along with the separator, are actively unwound. Each component passes through a series of controlled processes including tension management, dust removal, and a correction system equipped with pre-roll correction capabilities. The separator also features an anti-static function to ensure optimal performance.
Once prepared, these components are fed into the winding section where they are meticulously wound according to stringent process specifications, followed by the application of termination tape. Post-winding, the completed cells undergo reaming and are automatically unloaded. They are then subjected to a short circuit detection phase, where any defective products are promptly rejected. Only the cells that pass this rigorous quality check are transferred to the collection table, ensuring a fully automated and flawless winding process.

| 1)The number of tabs of a single electrode≤2; | |
| 2)Two methods of positive first-in or negative first-in can be set freely by modifying parameters. | |
| 3)The electrode coating must be uniform, and the length and position should be well controlled. After rolling, the wave is less than 1mm, and the serpentine bend is less than 0.3mm / 1000mm (subject to not affecting the winding accuracy); | |
| 4)The electrode must be continuously slitting, the width error is less than ± 0.05mm, the material roll must not have an obvious tower type (not more than ± 1 mm), and the winding tension is uniform; | |
| 5)The termination tape must be evenly wound without obvious tower shape, wrinkles, warpage, etc . |
