XW-ADP-300B Equipment overview and process flow

This equipment is mainly used in the Z-type stacking process of lithium-ion pouch cells.

The cathode and anode electrodes are respectively in the material box and manually fed into the stacking machine. The separator automatically unwinding, pass through the tension mechanism and the correction mechanism, and then is introduced into the stacking table.

The manipulator repeatedly moves left and right, and the suction cup mechanism of the manipulator takes out the cathode and anode electrodes from the material box respectively, then performs the stacking process after secondary precise positioning, also drives the separator to move left and right.

There are four sets of press-blade mechanisms on the stacking table to compress the electrodes. After the stacking is completed, the cell is removed through the manipulator clamping mechanism, the separator is cut off, and the cell is transferred to the taping station for automatic taping.

At the same time, the automatic stacking of the next cell is started, and the cell that has been teped are automatically unloaded.

Equipment features

  1. High precision: Through the precise positioning of the electrodes, the overall position accuracy of the electrodes during stacking is guaranteed to be ±0.3mm.
  2. Separator accuracy: automatically unwinding, tension control, integral module correction, separator alignment accuracy ±0.3mm.
  3. Reliability: The parts in high precision and high speed are fixed by pins.
  4. Dust control: the material box is equipped with an effective dust suction mechanism, the suction rod of the suction cup is made of non-metallic material.
  5. Measures for multi-piece and missing piece: the material box swings the wind, the piece brush, the manipulator shakes to separate the electrode.
