Products Description 

The cylindrical battery pack automatic welding system is a new type of automation equipment independently developed by Xiaowei based on the increasingly fierce competition in the current lithium battery production field and the continuous requirements for cost control, quality improvement and efficiency.

The equipment adopts advanced motion controller programming, human-machine interface LCD touch screen display, high degree of intelligence, and can be used in conjunction with lithium battery production lines.
The X/Y/Z axes of the equipment are controlled by servo motors respectively, and each welding point corresponds to the X/Y/Z axis coordinates independently. Double-axis horizontal welding is used to ensure spot welding accuracy.

The average welding time for each point is 0.35-0.5 seconds, and the welding speed is significantly improved compared with manual spot welding. It has the advantages of simple operation, stable and accurate welding, high efficiency, good consistency, and cost saving.

Operation process:

1. Set the welding parameters on the touch screen. (The same product only needs to be set once);
2. Place the fixture with the battery pack in the quick clamping position;
3. Press the start button and the machine automatically completes all welding actions;
4. The welder makes a sound to remind the operator to replace the new fixture (battery pack).
