Designed for small to medium-sized battery pack production, this Battery Pack PVC Heat Shrinking Machine is a reliable and compact post-processing solution. It works with PVC, POF, PE, PET and PP shrink films to wrap and seal various lithium-ion battery packs.
Heated at adjustable temperatures from 0–350°C, the film shrinks evenly around the pack, forming a tight, protective layer that prevents short circuits, moisture, dust and mechanical damage. The variable speed control (0–12 m/min) allows you to match the line speed to your production needs, ensuring wrinkle-free, consistent results without damaging the cells.
