The integrated machine with barcode scanning sticker sorting is used to stick insulating barley paper to the positive electrode of cylindrical batteries and scan the battery at the same time.
It is a fully automatic integrated machine that tests parameters such as internal resistance and voltage and binds data to facilitate product traceability.
It comes with a high-speed barcode scanning gun and a high-precision internal resistance and voltage testing system. The device accurately sends the battery to the specified gear according to the internal resistance and voltage values set on the human-machine interface software. The system can achieve up to 10 levels (1 NG station, 9 sorting levels) of sorting. The barcode information read by the barcode scanning gun and the tested internal resistance and voltage data are bound and stored in the system.
This equipment can test and match about 4,000 cells per hour with stickers, and the structural design is simple and elegant, with stable performance.
