All parts of the cylindrical cell battery electrolyte filling machine that come into contact with the electrolyte are made of SUS316 stainless steel, which is heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and does not contaminate the electrolyte. The sealing components in the equipment are made of specially designed anti-corrosion materials that do not pollute the electrolyte.
- The system uses a method of alternating vacuum (or vacuum and pressure) resting after filling, which is efficient, highly accurate, ensures good filling consistency, and is convenient and reliable to operate. The vacuum time, vacuum degree, pressure level, positive and negative pressure time, and the number of resting cycles can all be set and adjusted.
- The main control cabinet is separated from the filling machine body.
