The XW-SBVO-03AP Vacuum oven is specially designed for lithium battery industry production process of vacuum drying equipment, the temperature, vacuum degree, the size of the studio and the barrier height is maximally meet the needs of the lithium battery industry.
This vacuum oven is with Vacuum, pressure, pneumatic automatic programmable control, it is mainly used for Lithium battery materials and electrode sheet vacuum baking for Battery production line.
Working principle
Each machine can work continuously in cycle; Basic process: Open the door to put the battery or pole into the oven, and then set the heating time, vacuum time, nitrogen time system will automatically complete the heating and periodic air exchange according to the set time parameters, to complete the baking process.
Configuration
- Inner cavity: 3.0mm stainless steel, reinforcement for iron square material processing.
- Frame: made of 1.5mm high-quality cold-rolled board, composed of two layers of insulation, cotton for aluminum silicate, aluminum foil cotton, sound insulation cotton three kinds of layered production.
- Hot air system: Each layer is composed of fan, heating box, air duct, air duct, etc., to achieve more consistent temperature.
- Control system: composed of PLC, touch screen, pressure sensor, high vacuum baffle valve, solid state relay, temperature controller, solenoid valve group, etc.
- Hardware: including door, back cover, vacuum tube and other stamping parts.
Machine characteristics
- Door opening mode: single door; Elastic double glass door, three layers of pressure detection, over pressure protection.
- Inner liner sealing ring: silicone rubber O-type sealing ring made of mold casting, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance.

- The control screen adopts touch screen centralized operation, easy operation and reliable control. The program controller adopts PLC control, the work is stable and reliable.
- The three-layer oven is controlled separately, you can set the total baking time, cycle time, vacuum time, drying time, after parameter setting, you can press the automatic button to enter the automatic baking program, when the time reaches the baking time, it will automatically shut down, if the temperature exceeds the safe temperature value, it will automatically send an alarm and the red indicator will light up, and automatically stop heating. And display alarm information on the display screen.
- Fill the box with dry gas to any set value between -0.1Mpa and -0.02Mpa to automatically stop filling.
- In normal operation, fault warning and fault causes can be described on the screen.
