The automatic winding machine is designed for manual feeding of cathode and anode electrode sheets, separators, and tapes. Once the feeding process is completed, the machine automatically winds these components, along with protective tapes used to safeguard the cell, according to predefined product and process specifications. The system is equipped with advanced features such as detection, automatic tension control, automatic deviation correction, and short circuit testing. This ensures a stable, reliable operational state and robust process control throughout the winding process.
