Mechanism of Operation
The XW-XQMYD frequency-controlled planetary mill features four grinding vessels mounted on a central rotary platform. During operation, this configuration produces dual-axis rotational dynamics – simultaneous orbital movement around the main axis and independent container rotation.
Capable of both aqueous and anhydrous processing modes, the system achieves homogeneous blending of diverse material compositions and particle distributions. Through high-velocity interparticle collisions mediated by grinding media, the apparatus attains ultrafine particle refinement down to 0.1μm scale.
