Products Description
This machine is used for battery flame resistance testing. Tested according to UL2054 standard.
It is a necessary testing equipment for various batteries Manufacturers, quality inspection and control departments. With simple features Reliable operation and high accuracy make it an ideal testing machine for battery combustion and pellet testing.
The grid is fixed to the burner at a distance of 38.1mm, each 25.4mm mesh has 20 holes and a wire diameter of 0.43mm.
The burner is ignited and the battery is observed to burn until it explodes or burns out. The entire burn is timed.

NOTICE
Battery combustion spray test and particle test are highly hazardous destructive tests, and the testers must be well trained with relevant safety and emergency handling knowledge to avoid personal injury.
The combustion device should be placed in a filtered air ventilated room, and attention should be paid to the exhaust emission should comply with the relevant national standards.
The tester must wear smoke respirator and filtered respirator to avoid inhaling harmful gases.
Before the combustion test, the sealing performance of the air piping and connections should be strictly checked.
Multiple fire extinguishing devices should be prepared near the tester.
It is forbidden to touch the sample burner or mesh during the test or when the Bunsen burner is not completely cooled down.
After the test, all valves should be locked and a record of machine usage should be kept to avoid gas leakage from the tank.
Regularly check whether the gas pipe is broken or not, if it is broken, please stop using it and replace it with a new one.
