 Products Description 

The cuboid-shaped studio is constructed using premium-grade steel or stainless steel plates. Its box door features adjustable closing tightness, complemented by a seamless silicone rubber sealing ring that ensures exceptional vacuum integrity within the chamber.

The system incorporates a sophisticated microcomputer-based intelligent temperature controller equipped with multiple functions, including temperature setting, measurement, dual digital display, and PID self-tuning capabilities, guaranteeing precise and reliable temperature regulation. Furthermore, the heating power ratio can be flexibly adjusted to eliminate any temperature control limitations at lower ranges.

This versatile equipment finds its application across various sectors, including industrial and mining operations, medical institutions, academic organizations, and scientific research facilities, where it is utilized for drying and heat treatment processes under vacuum conditions.

Working principle 
Each machine can work in continuous cycles.

Basic process: 

Open the door and put the cell or electrode roll into the oven, and then set the heating time, vacuum time, nitrogen time. The system will automatically complete the heating and timed gas exchange according to the set time parameters to complete the baking process.

Configuration

1. Machine body: 201#3.0 made of stainless steel, reinforcement is processed iron square material

2. Rack: made of 1.5mm, 2.0mm high quality cold rolled plate. Composed of two layers of insulation. Cotton layers are aluminum silicate, aluminum foil cotton, and sound insulation cotton, three kinds of layers.

3. Hot air system: each layer is composed of fans, heating boxes, air ways, air pipes, etc., which is able to achieve the better consistency of temperature

4. Control system: PLC, touch screen, pressure sensor, high vacuum baffle valve, solid state relay, temperature controller, solenoid valve group and other components

5. Hardware: including doors, back covers, vacuum tubes and other stamping parts and other components

Features 
1. Door opening method: single door; flexible double-glazed door with three layers of pressure detection and over-pressure protection.
2. Internal liner sealing ring: molded and poured silicone rubber O-ring, with high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance
3. Surrounding type hot air external circulation, double-layer thermal insulation type heat preservation, the external temperature is not higher than the room temperature +20 ℃.
4. Heating structure: adopting O-type external circulating air, with air coming out from the left side and sucking in from the right side to achieve temperature consistency.
5. High-vacuum pneumatic flapper valves, isolated two layers with two separate controls.
6. Touch screen display, automatic circulation, automatic control, complete the last step, back to the vacuum holding pressure. digital display safety temperature.
7. It is equipped with multi-bit over-temperature protection temperature control device, which can effectively prevent temperature runaway and other temperature control safety problems, and improve the accuracy of over-temperature protection.
8. The control screen adopts touch screen for centralized operation, which is convenient for operation and reliable for control. The program controller adopts PLC control, which is stable and reliable.
9. The two layers of the oven are controlled separately, and the total baking time, cycle time, vacuum time and drying time can be set separately. After setting the parameters, press the automatic button to enter the automatic baking program. When the time reaches the set value, the machine will automatically shut down. If the temperature exceeds the safe temperature value, it will automatically send out an alarm and the red indicator light will be on. Besides, the heating will be stopped automatically, and the alarm message will be shown on the display screen.
10. Fill the chamber with dry gas , from -0.1Mpa to -0.02Mpa, any set value can automatically stop filling.
11. In normal operation, the fault indication alarms and the causes of the fault can be described on the screen.
12. The vacuum tubes are corrosion resistant.
13. Program interlocks to prevent cascading air between layers.
