- The XW-SFZ-400 Battery Heat Sealing Machine is a newly designed, compact heating sealer specifically engineered for sealing aluminum-laminated films during the preparation of pouch cells, such as polymer Li-Ion cells. Featuring a 400mm long sealing head, this machine is ideal for larger pouch cell laboratory research applications.
- This battery heat sealing machine incorporates a soft sealing bar, with the top sealing head also designed for soft sealing. This dual functionality allows it to effectively perform both top and side sealing on pouch cells.
- The machine is capable of preparing pouch cells for electrolyte injection by sealing both the side and top of the pouch cell, including the tab area.
