An automated device for pasting insulating gaskets on one side of a single battery.
The tilted hopper facilitates the feeding of a whole box of batteries.
The device uses PLC to control the stepper motor and cylinder to complete the function of pasting the insulating gasket on the battery (cell).
The mechanical system of the device is simple and elegant, with stable performance. It is one of the most cost-effective insulating gasket pasting machines among similar products on the market.
Equipment features:
- Labeling effect: standard, all actions are completed at one time, no bubbles, beautiful appearance, not easy to fall off;
- Design of debonding-free insulation sheet: The back glue and mold are separated before stamping. Compared with other machines on the market, there is no need to spray glue and release liquid continuously, and there is no need to clean the mold frequently. The consistency of the fitting position, the small hole in the middle circle is separated after punching, and the bottom paper is aligned with the punching hole to collect the material, reducing the residual back glue from affecting the mold and the collection wheel. The patch consistency is good and does not affect the subsequent automatic welding;
- The insulation gasket fits firmly and accurately: the positive electrode of the battery cell is firmly attached to the insulation tape, and the hole position is accurate, which does not affect the high-speed positioning welding. The positive insulation pad is automatically punched and cut with a whole roll of incoming materials, which fits tightly and has good insulation performance. Compared with high-temperature glue insulation, it can prevent nickel sheet burrs;
- The equipment has its own fault alarm, and the fault can be cleaned according to the prompt;
- The stamping mold county has an original oil circuit system, and the mold life can be extended by 3~5 years;
- The equipment is easy to debug, easy to learn and understand, and the model can be changed quickly. The equipment has no wearing parts, is easy to maintain, and is easy to operate, which reduces the subsequent maintenance costs;
- The error range is small, the efficiency is high, and the labeling efficiency is 1200-1600pcs/h.
