1. Labeling effect: standard, all actions are completed at one time, no bubbles, beautiful appearance, not easy to fall off;
2. Design of debonding-free insulation sheet: The back glue and mold are separated before stamping. Compared with other machines on the market, there is no need to spray glue and release liquid continuously, and there is no need to clean the mold frequently. The consistency of the fitting position, the small hole in the middle circle is separated after punching, and the bottom paper is aligned with the punching hole to collect the material, reducing the residual back glue from affecting the mold and the collection wheel. The patch consistency is good and does not affect the subsequent automatic welding;

The insulation gasket fits firmly and accurately: the positive electrode of the battery cell is firmly attached to the insulation tape, and the hole position is accurate, which does not affect the high-speed positioning welding. Compared with high-temperature glue insulation, it can prevent nickel sheet burrs;
