The square battery stack extruder adopts servo motor + screw module + planetary reducer for stacking extrusion, and is controlled by a pressure controller. The extrusion stacking thrust is over 500KG. It is easy to operate and can control the stacking extrusion stroke and stacking pressure in time. It has triple protection functions of software limit, hardware limit and pressure limit. There will be no over-extrusion of the battery cell, and the extrusion accuracy is highly controllable.
