The XW-TSS-300 Battery Sealing Machine is a compact heating sealer designed for sealing aluminum-laminated films in pouch cell (polymer Li-Ion cell) case preparation. It features a 300mm length sealing bar.
This machine utilizes a soft sealing bar, which consists of a copper base, an aluminum layer, and a silicone rubber piece on top. This design allows it to perform both top and side sealing for pouch cells.
The machine is capable of preparing pouch cells for electrolyte injection by sealing the side and top of the pouch cell, including the tab area.
Additionally, the sealing bar can be customized to meet specific requirements. The sealing head length can be tailored between 200-400 mm, and different sealing widths can be incorporated into a single sealing head.
