This advanced battery separator coating machine is specifically designed for high-precision coating applications in lithium-ion battery separator production. The system comprises five integrated components: an unwinding module, coating head assembly, drying oven section, tension-controlled winding unit, and a fully automated electronic control system. The machine precisely applies uniformly mixed slurry onto the substrate material, maintaining strict control over coating dimensions and weight within specified process parameters. Following the drying process, the coated separator is precisely wound, creating a high-quality intermediate product that meets the requirements for subsequent manufacturing processes in battery production.
