The XW-1810B automatic sorting machine is a versatile device designed for the automated testing of internal resistance and voltage in cylindrical battery cells, including models such as 18650, 21700, 26650, 26700, 32650, and 32700. Equipped with a high-precision internal resistance and voltage testing system, this machine ensures accurate sorting of batteries into designated channels based on predefined internal resistance and voltage parameters set within the software. Capable of achieving up to 11 sorting levels, the XW-1810B boasts an impressive throughput of approximately 3500 to 4500 battery cells per hour. Its straightforward structural design and stable performance make it a reliable choice for battery sorting applications.
Technological process: By setting parameters through software, the PLC automatically completes the following functions: manually placing the battery cells into the hopper → transporting the battery by the motor → automatically testing the voltage and internal resistance → automatically scanning the code → sending them into the corresponding channel slot according to the set parameters → recording and saving data → manually removing the battery cells |
