Products Description
Vacuum glove box is also called vacuum inert gas glove box. In the process of scientific experiments, some substances are very easy to oxidize and deliquesce in the atmosphere, which makes the chemical reaction of the test substances and the pre-treatment of the samples very difficult, affecting the test process and test results. The vacuum glove box (also called vacuum inert gas operation box) effectively solves these problems. The device allows the test samples to be safely put in and taken out, and can be freely operated, reacted and tested in an oxygen-free and water-free state, ensuring the normal progress of scientific experiments. This product is an ideal device for scientific experiments in colleges and universities, scientific research institutions, and corporate laboratories, and is widely used in biochemistry, metallurgy, electronics, chemical industry, geology, mining, medicine and other industries.
The stainless steel vacuum glove box is a laboratory equipment that fills the box with high-purity inert gas and circulates to filter out the active substances in it. It is also called a glove box, inert gas protection box, dry box, etc.
The stainless steel vacuum glove box is mainly composed of the main box, transition chamber and frame. If the user has other special requirements, it can also be designed or modified according to the needs; there are two to three glove operation interfaces on the box, and the front of the operation box is tempered glass, with a wide viewing angle without blind spots. The operator can clearly observe the operation process in the box, so that the operation process is more intuitively displayed in front of the operator. There are two vacuum ball valves on the box and transition chamber for air inlet and outlet. The box is reserved with KF40 vacuum connectors, which users can use according to their needs. When water or ventilation is required, it can be connected here. The box has built-in lighting and multi-hole sockets.

Product Features:
- The entire box is made of stainless steel and reinforced with plastic spraying on the surface, so it is strong, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean;
- The operating box is made of plexiglass on the front, with a wide viewing angle and no dead angle;
- The box is equipped with lighting and multi-hole sockets;
- The operating gloves are made of imported butyl gloves, which are reliable and durable;
- The sealing device is novel in design, reliable in sealing and easy to open;
- The box is equipped with KF40 vacuum joints, which can be modified and used as needed;
- The two doors of the transition room solve the problem of repeated vacuuming of the main box.
Precautions:
- Before use, check whether all connectors are loose and whether all seals are intact;
- Do not open the hatch, glove port gland or disassemble and repair under vacuum;
- The glove port should be evacuated before or at the same time as the box, and after or at the same time as the box;
- The external gas source pipe connection should be sealed firmly. When the vacuum pressure gauge pointer points to 0 when the box is inlet, the air inlet valve should be closed;
- After evacuating the vacuum, close the valve first and then turn off the vacuum pump;
- Check whether the glove valve is open when evacuating.
