The XW-SFM-7 is a compact laboratory vacuum mixer specifically engineered for the preparation of coating slurries. This versatile equipment enables precise mixing of small batches of chemicals and compounds under vacuum conditions, effectively eliminating gas bubbles and preventing sample oxidation during the mixing process.

Key features of this vacuum mixer include an integrated vacuum pump capable of achieving -0.08Mpa within the mixing chamber, eliminating the need for an external vacuum pump. The unit offers stepless speed control with a maximum mixing speed of 320 rpm, allowing for precise adjustment of mixing parameters. A unique vibration plate integrated at the base of the unit serves dual functions: facilitating bubble removal prior to vacuum mixing and ensuring optimal slurry dispersion post-mixing.

This vacuum mixer demonstrates exceptional performance in research laboratory applications, particularly in the preparation of battery electrode pastes and various ceramic materials, making it an essential tool for advanced material processing and development.
