The XW-SFM-7 vacuum mixer is a specialized laboratory mixing device engineered for the preparation of coating slurries. It operates under vacuum conditions to eliminate gas bubbles and prevent sample oxidation, making it ideal for mixing small batches of chemicals and compounds.
Key features of this vacuum mixer include an integrated pump capable of achieving a vacuum level of -0.08 MPa within the mixing container, eliminating the need for a separate vacuum pump. The mixer offers stepless speed control, allowing for precise adjustments up to a maximum of 320 rpm.
A distinctive feature of this equipment is its vibration plate located at the base, which serves dual purposes: it removes gas bubbles prior to vacuum mixing and ensures proper dispersion of the slurry after the mixing process.
