Products Description
Current Collector Laser Welding: Cylindrical battery current collector laser welding refers to the process of laser welding the battery’s current collector to the battery terminal. This process typically involves spot welding or laser welding techniques, where strong laser weld points are formed between the battery terminal and the current collector to facilitate the transmission of electrical current within the battery
Functional Description:
- Auto-Focus Feature: The welding head is equipped with a laser distance sensor that calculates the current distance between the welding head and the workpiece. It automatically moves to the preset focal position. The sensor performs non-contact laser measurements, providing high speed and precision. Once the focal position is reached, it is automatically saved.
- CCD Vision Automatic Positioning System Features: First, the welding focal point is identified through one-click positioning. Then, the CCD vision positioning system locates the processing position of the welding pattern. The software corrects and compensates for any discrepancies, enabling automatic positioning and welding of the workpiece. This ensures consistent welding quality and precise alignment, achieving a perfect welding result.
Technical Parameters
- Dimensions: L1200*W1300*H2165(mm);
- Power Supply: Voltage AC380V±10%, Power 6.0KW.
Laser welding machine introduction
Product Features:
Compared to traditional lasers, fiber lasers offer higher electro-optical conversion efficiency, lower power consumption, and superior beam quality. Fiber lasers have a compact structure and are ready to use at any time. Due to their flexible laser output, they can be easily integrated with system equipment.
Main Features:
- Excellent beam quality
- High reliability
- High power stability
- Continuously adjustable power with rapid switch response
- Maintenance-free operation
- High electro-optical conversion efficiency
- Modulation frequency
Welding Protection System: To prevent welding oxidation and improve welding quality and yield, the equipment is equipped with an inert gas protection system. It uses coaxial or side-mounted gas pipes, which are controlled automatically or manually by an electromagnetic valve.
Welding Control System:
The control system primarily consists of an industrial computer and human-machine interface.
- Supports both manual and automatic operation modes
- Supports linear and arc interpolation
- Supports single-shift production capacity counting and display
- Allows adjustment of welding parameters such as movement speed
- Supports I/O signal testing and monitoring
- Provides real-time fault alarm notifications
Welding processes and weld point positions can be set through the human-machine interface. The workpiece origin can be set relative to the mechanical origin. The weld point layout on the battery can be selected (e.g., square, circular, or polygonal paths). The welding sequence for the battery cells can be set using the coordinate grid on the battery pack model.
