The XW-HT-015 battery tab welding machine is available in two configurations: a pneumatic spot welding model and a pedal-type welding machine. The pneumatic version is more compact and lightweight, making it easier to ship, but it requires an external air compressor for operation. On the other hand, the pedal-type model does not need an air supply but must be shipped with its accompanying desk.
This battery spot welder is specifically designed for welding tabs on various types of batteries, including 18650, 26650, and 32650 cylindrical batteries, as well as nickel-metal hydride (Ni-MH) batteries, nickel-cadmium batteries, and electric vehicle (EV) lithium battery packs.
The XW-HT series of battery spot welding machines offers multiple models tailored to different welding capacities. The XW-HT-012 is ideal for nickel tabs with a thickness of less than 0.12mm, while the XW-HT-015 model handles tabs up to 0.15mm thick. For thicker tabs, the XW-HT-022 model supports welding of nickel tabs up to 0.22mm. Additionally, we provide high-power spot welding machines capable of welding tabs up to 1mm thick.
