For the production of new energy batteries, Xiaowei provide a double-layer coating machine with a width of 1.4m and a speed of 100m/min, and a wide-width roller splitter machine with a width of 1.3m and 120m/min. These two types of equipment are used for the production of blade batteries.
At present, the coating machine can achieve a width of 1.4m and a speed of 120m/min. One coating machine has as many as 240 technical parameter detection points, of which 70% of the technical parameters have been tested in a closed loop; the current equipment has achieved great results. The roll can achieve a load capacity of 6.5T, which objectively reduces the number of joints for customers and reduces the scrap rate of the entire line; the accuracy of the roller press reaches ±1.5μm.

Product Features
- Wide substrate coating pre-slitting machine (1pcs is cut into 2pcs);
- Laser slitting and metal round knife slitting can be selected according to different coating processes;
- Material storage rack shall be set before slitting unit, and the equipment has rewind function;
